NLP is the study of success. We create our own reality through the processing of information we obtain through our senses. NLP also encompasses a set of specific techniques and skills for achieving what we want in life, and in business. It is very useful in the area of emotions, and feelings-how we think determines how we feel, and how we feel determines how we behave.- which can directly impact such areas as leadership development, change management, and stress reduction. Thinking occurs in sounds, pictures and touch - we can change how we feel, by changing the details (sub-modalities) of how we think. NLP also speaks to the area of rapport building- which directly affects the ability to influence and can be important in the sales and marketing arena.
